We Rock (Wanna Roll?)

Originally from Michigan, Jean (aka Jeannie) is Rare Form’s Founder & CEO. She studied marketing/advertising at Michigan State University, taught herself design along the way, and opened Rare Form in 1998. Which means she isn’t just a figurehead. She leads our design & SEO teams, takes the lead on web design and logos that we produce, and implements SEO campaigns. She is also a professionally trained photographer.

Jeannie also works as a consultant to brands around the world, including a few Fortune 50’s. She owns other companies outside of Rare Form. Hijack, an extension and app is coming to your browser soon (and a couple of others that just may take over the world).  When not in the office, Jeannie is a reader of many books, movie buff, likes jack and coke, makes the best steak in the UK, and digs on video games (Overwatch, PUBG, Dead by Daylight and too many Steam titles to list. Whee).

Joss studied Artificial Intelligence at Edinburgh University, then moved to silicon valley for a few years where he wrote software for the first generation of 3D printers and helped create agiloft.com. He brings over 25 years of solid programming and software development to Rare Form, and was the lead on developing our the Tank CMS system.  He has multiple patents under his name, and is really good at Ms. Pac Man.  He is an all round nice guy and makes a mean beef bourgogne. Fun fact: if snoring were an Olympic event, Joss would win the gold for the Britain.

Chris studied photography and videography at Uni, but transferred these into mad graphics support skills. He backs up Jeannie to get projects completed and in on time. He’s also a fantastic cook, bass singer, and an all around great guy.

Adrienne worked with us many moons ago, and we’ve been working with her ever since. She left England and fell in love with a great California home grown man, and has continued to work with us virtually from her warm west coast home. She is a genius designer, and we love her to bits.

Rupert (Rupe) is our resident camera guy. He trained under Jeannie for two years learning the ways of Rare Form, photography and videography.  With his insane photography and video editing skills he creates promotional digital marketing material for our clients. He is currently at University pimping his skills, and comes back to help on projects when he’s needed.

Michael makes websites work, and kicks ass, not necessarily in that order. His coding skills are legendary, and one of Rare Form’s secret weapons in the War on Mediocre Websites.  He also has a masters in neuroscience and a limited edition Hello Kitty multitool he carries on his person at all times. One of these facts is a fib.
