Rare Form New Media was opened in 1998, and since then there have been a lot of changes. We've gone from serving an American client base to the International marketplace. Rare Form is proud to have an established base in Oxford, England.

Originally from Michigan, Jean (aka Jeannie) is Rare Form's MD, as well as its lead designer and marketing expert. She loves creating marketing campaigns that work for her clients. She brings to the table over 14 years of solid marketing and design experience. Contact Jeannie today to get into rare form, and get your marketing and advertising working for you. When not in the office, Jeannie is a movie buff and digs on video games (yes, she has 3 level 85's in World of Warcraft).
joss earl
technical director / genius
Joss is a genius (really). But a very personable one. He brings over 22 years of solid programming and software development to Rare Form, and was the lead on developing our in house Tank CMS system. He has multiple patents under his name, and is really good at Ms. Pac Man. He is an all round nice guy and makes a mean beef bourgogne.
matt seddon
senior programmer / guy we kick food to under the door
Matt is an invaluable part of the Rare Form team. His understanding of complex technical coding is second to none. He brings with him solid experience in computer security, knows pretty much every programming language there is, and is our go to guy for HTML5 sites. Matt keeps an unusual schedule, and when he's not in the office, he's either sleeping or doing a hobby programming project.
sam roberts
junior programmer / the dude with the bike
Sam knocked on the door of our offices once day and said he wanted to program. We said, come on in. He showed us what he could do, and he is now working as an intern. He's a fantastic addition to the team, very enthusiastic and shows a boat load of potential. In his spare time, Sam races bikes competitively and likes video games (but he's not a geek).
gabor javorszky
junior programmer / the new guy
Gabor is Rare Form's latest addition. He's been in Oxford for about a year and hails from Hungary. He's brought with him solid programming experience, and a fantastic sense of humour (he introduced us to this). He currently leads the office in 'that's what she said' wins. From what we have seen of his work, Gabor rocks, and we hope he will be with us for a long time.
